While we build our toys to be tough, no toy is truly "indestructible" for every dog. We offer different "Chew Levels" for our toys. Always supervise your pet during play and replace any toy that shows signs of significant wear or missing pieces. Some toys are PlayTime toys, some are ChewTime toys. Never leave PlayTime toys alone with the dog, as these are designed to be more flexible for bounce and fun and with very strong Dogs they could start to rip pieces off over time.

🧼 Care & Maintenance Absolutely! Most of our nylon collars, leads, and harnesses are machine washable. We recommend placing them in a mesh laundry bag and using a cold, gentle cycle. Air dry only—avoid the dryer to prevent damage to the plastic components and reflective stitching.

We recommend using our harnesses for activities only (walks, hikes, or training). While Rogz harnesses are padded and designed for comfort, leaving any harness on 24/7 can lead to matting (especially in long-haired breeds) or skin irritation from friction. For all-day identification, a Rogz Classic Collar is the better choice.

Sizing & Fit We use a combination of measurements and weight-based sizing guide (Small/Medium/Large/XL/XXL). The most accurate way to ensure a fit is to measure your dog’s neck and chest girth. The Two-Finger Rule: You should be able to fit two fingers snugly between the collar/harness and your dog’s body. Pro Tip: If your dog is between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for comfort.

The most effective and humane way to stop pulling is using a dedicated Stop Pull Harness or a front-clip harness like the Rogz Control Harness. By attaching the lead to the chest-level O-ring, the dog’s momentum is naturally redirected back toward the owner when they pull. This eliminates pressure on the trachea and allows for "Stop-Pull" training that focuses on positive reinforcement rather than physical force.

The Safeloc Breakaway Buckle is unique because it is adjustable. If your cat is constantly losing their collar in the bushes, you can increase the setting (there are three) so it requires more force to pop open. However, it is specifically designed to release if they get snagged on a fence or branch to prevent injury. For high-energy outdoor cats, we recommend the "plus" setting for a more secure fit that still prioritizes safety.

Our cat collars feature a Breakaway Safety Buckle with three adjustable settings. You can move the red slider to increase or decrease the force needed for the collar to release. For kittens, use the lowest setting; for larger, active cats, use the highest.
