SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
🚚 Shipping Information
At BuyRogz, we know you (and your pet) are excited to get your gear. We aim for speed and transparency.

Processing Time: All orders ship the same day or within 1 business day of receipt. On rare occasions it may take two days to ship. We will contact you in case your shipment cannot ship within 48 hours of order receipt.

Delivery Estimate: Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

Tracking: You will receive automated tracking updates from rogz.aftership.com as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates (Contiguous USA): We charge a minimal shipping fee to cover outbound logistics, keeping our product prices as low as possible for you.

International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that for international orders, all risk, duties, and delivery logistics are the responsibility of the purchaser once the package leaves the USA. We cannot guarantee international delivery times due to customs variables. There are NO returns for international shipments.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
If you aren't entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Return Requirements:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure that:

The product was purchased in the last 30 days.

The product is in its original packaging with all original tags included.

The product and tags are undamaged and in "like-new" condition.
Note: If the product or packaging is not in original condition, a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
How to Return:
Please ship the item back to the address located on your packing slip (included in your package or sent via email).

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to an error on our part, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This helps us keep our prices fair for all customers. Please note that sizing is not an error on our part.

Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
Rogz prides itself on "insane attention to detail." If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately at returns@buyrogz.com.

Process: Please include clear photo(s) of the defect.

Resolution: Upon inspection, if the defect is clear, we will provide a prepaid return label so we can inspect the item and report the issue to our manufacturing team.
🛑 Special Conditions

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are eligible for refunds; however, any shipping costs associated with the original sale will be deducted from the total refund amount.

International Orders: All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of the United States.
